It gets too complex too fast with no foundation.<\/p>\n
And then you end up with inferior results.<\/p>\n
Slow down, do the dance, get to know each other. \u00a0Plan for success.<\/p>\n
Then you’ll get it.<\/p>\n
Or if you can’t slow down, in the shorter timeframe, increase the relationship building efforts. \u00a0Meet everyday. \u00a0Twice a day. \u00a0Or twice a week. \u00a0Whatever – make sure you build up that relationship the best you can.<\/p>\n
Otherwise you end up with a wobbly jenga tower, which will collapse, given a nudge.<\/p>\n
