Today is as some of you may know BlogActionDay<\/a>.<\/p>\n Blogs all around the world are going to talk about Poverty.<\/p>\n Their take on it.<\/p>\n Objective: stimulate conversations around poverty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Many of you will know i’m a huge advocate of Kiva<\/a>, discussing it here Giving something back<\/a>.<\/p>\n However.<\/p>\n We all know Poverty exists. It is just out of touch. \u00a0We can’t touch it, or feel it, or have it affect our daily lives.<\/strong><\/p>\n It is easier <\/strong>to let it exist, somewhere over there<\/strong>, out of sight out of mind<\/strong>.<\/p>\n To be frank, it’s bullshit but it’s a fact<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n So how could we change that?<\/p>\n How can we make Poverty real. \u00a0To everyone. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n If we expose it, people will just block it out.<\/p>\n Stop looking at the bad.<\/p>\n Start looking at the good.<\/p>\n And no i don’t mean, the upsides of poverty.<\/p>\n Share the good times, the experience, the world through which people in poverty live in.<\/p>\n
