A scrapbook mentality
July 13th, 2017This is a skill I’ve nurtured over time, continually collecting things I like, am inspired by and saving them.
Evernote is my default for this.
I’ll put in, phrases I like, or words I like, interesting ways of saying things.
Great examples of website design, a good campaign.
A great startup pitch deck, a great report.
It’s not about ‘saving everything’ it’s only saving the tidbits that you like.
Once you have a collection it makes starting projects easier faster, as you can draw from these resources. It also helps you continuouslyย be creative, by connecting dots between your already pre-filtered ideas.
