By pandering to those that have no motivation than to drag you down, you end up where they want you to be. And that’s not cool.

Thanks Ben – great short post.
Listening/talking with people who get it (whatever ‘it’ is) gets you fired up & motivated.
It gives you the energy to push forward and learn.
Just to clarify I am talking about destructive criticism here, constructive criticism you should listen to but don’t bother listening to those whose only goal is to quash you.
Definitely agree about blocking out the haters but listening to those with constructive criticism. It really can help in refining great ideas.
