		<description>All great books Ben and personally I&#039;d add Good to Great by Jim Collins to the list to show the research behind what makes a company great.
Also, remember the passion must be more than &quot;I want to make a lot of money!&quot; That passion can leave quickly as the work piles up and you have to continue to push through it. It&#039;s much more effective to find a passion and work out how to build your business around that. But remember, passion alone doesn&#039;t build a business... profit does.</description>
