It's the little things that people notice

The silver fern pattern on the top of your espresso, the smile of the attendant at the petrol station, the thank you note included with your proposal.  People notice.  And they care.

    Mies van der Rohe once said – “God is in the details” and it is so true. It is the little things both good and bad which stay with you and which form your view of a brand, product, service etc.

    It’s the little things that make you stand out from the crowd — whether the little things are good or bad things!

    I’ve been known not go back to a restaurant because of one rude comment, even though the food and service have been fine. Yes, the little things do matter. A lot.
