The silver fern pattern on the top of your espresso, the smile of the attendant at the petrol station, the thank you note included with your proposal. ย People notice. ย And they care.

    Mies van der Rohe once said – “God is in the details” and it is so true. It is the little things both good and bad which stay with you and which form your view of a brand, product, service etc.

    It’s the little things that make you stand out from the crowd — whether the little things are good or bad things!

    I’ve been known not go back to a restaurant because of one rude comment, even though the food and service have been fine. Yes, the little things do matter. A lot.
