    I think there are two other key points that make the list as follows:

    1. Here is your problem as I understand it
    2. Here are your expectations
    3. Here’s what I’ve got.
    4. Here’s what it’ll do for you.
    5. Here’s what I want you to do next.

    Usually, I would ask about expectations once they are a qualified lead. That way, they align your proposal with their expectations and substantially warm up to your proposal.
