    Wihtout wishing to complicate what Ben has so succinctly identified as the essentially simple process of marketing, i suggest a missing first step that many of us miss is the definition of ‘your customers’…

    not everyone who could buy your stuff should, knowing / choosing who should, can help turn the noise into signal…
