I think there are two other key points that make the list as follows:
1. Here is your problem as I understand it
2. Here are your expectations
3. Hereโs what Iโve got.
4. Hereโs what itโll do for you.
5. Hereโs what I want you to do next.
Usually, I would ask about expectations once they are a qualified lead. That way, they align your proposal with their expectations and substantially warm up to your proposal.
