It's Friday!
February 16th, 2009Actually I fib, it’s Tuesday.
TGIF
People look forward to fridays, end of the week, the weekend is looming.
We also regret Mondays.
This can be good or bad depending on your perspective. I say flip it.
How can you make your employees long for Monday to get stuck into their project and begret fridays? What does it say about your workplace?

It really depends if you like what you do.
I love what I do, so I really look forward to Mondays.
The majority of people do not really enjoy what they do for a living, so there are happy when Friday comes around so they don’t have to work.

So true. I’ve worked in places like that, where everyone wishes it was Friday on the Monday.. It’s like they’re literally wishing away their days, which is actually really sad ๐
On the other hand some of us should slow down a bit and relax a little more on the weekends.. But it’s so hard when you start coming up with ideas for Monday and you just want to get them cranking!!
It’s all about Passion.
