You can come from anything anywhere and be what you want to be, which is you.

If you put the hard work in you can pull yourself out of any situation and get there.

The opportunities are there, the funds are there, you can just nail it and do it.

This is a bit obscure.  But really…

Equality is getting closer and closer, the internet is only flattening hierarchies,  I am fortunate enough to be born in New Zealand where it truly is a case of if you want it you can get it (believe me I know).

Just a riff about the world we live in today and in admidst the turmoil it is getting better.

As is the power of small we are all micro experts.

We hold expert knowledge within a small niche.

Much of it we’re not aware of as it is just a way of life, for example I’ve found Iam an micro expert in:

• Managing virtual teams across multiple countries, time zones and long time periods
• Twitter Evangelist: the art of using twitter
• Bootstrapped Marketing

These are just some, this isn’t a recent occurrence I suspect it has been like this for many years.

But now something has changed.

The value of this knowledge has changed.

Before it was handy to you and a few select people you ran into.

Now using the internet the global interest can be enough to build a market around.

An online tv show; a blog, a small book detailing your learnings, a series of dvds.

With this in mind you can really do what you love and make a few bucks at the same time.

In this day and age you should be doing what you want.

Life is so much more rewarding when you are doing what you love, what your passion is, whatever it is that makes your heart soar.

It’s much easier to motivate yourself, create a balanced life and hard work pays off in magnitudes.

Given recent economic changes, now is the best time to get into doing what you love, as weaker competitors will be knocked out of the market thus leaving room for you to dominate.

So if not now, when?
