What's the business case?
November 13th, 2008I hear novel ideas all the time.
They are neat, fun, unique, likely to spread.
I love them.
Yet I often ask What is the Business Case?
What is the value?
Where is the monetisation? (direct or indirect)
Cash flow is key to survival.
Otherwise your idea’s not going to last in the long run.
(and thats not a cool idea).
