{"id":951,"date":"2009-02-02T18:44:49","date_gmt":"2009-02-02T22:44:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.local\/?p=951"},"modified":"2009-02-02T18:44:49","modified_gmt":"2009-02-02T22:44:49","slug":"nicest-toilet-as-a-destination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.local\/nicest-toilet-as-a-destination\/","title":{"rendered":"Nicest Toilet as a Destination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the holidays I stopped in a small town on the way to my destination (6 hours driving).<\/p>\n<p>I pondered over the success of these small towns to capture people as they drive through.<\/p>\n<p>Some are small art shops, fruit and various other sites.<\/p>\n<p>However most are missing out on an opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>There is no &#8216;the best&#8217; or &#8216;remarkable&#8217; stops. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Come on! You have a monopoly, everyone who is heading to a a destination has to drive past you. \u00a0If you play your cards right you will reap the benefits over and over and over again.<\/p>\n<p>On any big road trip there are three things that are needed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food<\/li>\n<li>Petrol<\/li>\n<li>Toilets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So everyone needs to stop for these on a decent trip.<\/p>\n<p>I suggest being the best of one of these three, the nicest toilet, the best food, the best petrol service. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Do something that makes you the best. \u00a0Everytime I make the repeat trip, where am I going to stop for one of the above three?
